Of importance is life – with God

image from  http://www.picturequotes.com Social media cannot agree where this came from – there was a debate some time back – I forget on which group.  I think, but I may be wrong, that it was originally writing by a member of Kilimani Mums, or one of its myriad breakaway groups, who after a facebook soliloquy of her life and times, signed off with “cha muhimu ni uhai”.  Of importance is life. I agree.   Because life as we and google know it - the condition that distinguishes animals and plants from inorganic matter, including the capacity for growth, reproduction, functional activity, and continual change preceding death - is the only thing that makes me, me.   Plus its the only thing that’s brought me here, and its end – death – is what takes me out of here.   So for my stay here on earth, of importance is life.
